1. Appendix 1 to the Regulations on procedure for conducting state examination of town-planning projects, reasons for investment into construction, the architectural, construction projects allocated in them stages of works, queues of construction, start-up complexes and estimates (estimate documentation), to No. 1476 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 8, 2008 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for conducting state examination of town-planning projects, reasons for investment into construction, the architectural, construction projects allocated in them stages of works, queues of construction, start-up complexes and estimates (estimate documentation) and Regulations on procedure for development, approval and approval of town-planning projects, the project documentation" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 248, 5/28493; 2011, No. 65, 5/33881) to add with Item 9 of the following content:
"9. The project documentation on external electric utility service of buildings and constructions installed capacity to 250 kv* inclusive, including in case of installation of transformer substation (Stolbova, mast, complete), developed at the expense of own means of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (except for the project documentation on electric utility service of apartment houses).".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
