1. This Procedure determines the procedure of the notice the companies of bulk distribution lines of owners and users of the parcels of land located within conservation zones of objects of bulk distribution lines about the restrictions established by the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of lands of conservation zones of objects of bulk distribution lines" in use of such parcels of land.
2. The company of bulk distribution lines once a year not later than April 30 for own means will promulgate in printing mass media of local or regional distribution sphere and on own website of the announcement of passing of the bulk distribution line the territory of the parcels of land of specific owners and users in which are specified:
name of the company of bulk distribution lines (structural division) and its location;
name of the bulk distribution line and its diameter;
location of the bulk distribution line;
the sizes of conservation zones of objects of the bulk distribution line in meters;
