Approve the Procedure for forming and use of reserve of fund of obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case which is applied.

Procedure for forming and use of reserve of fund of obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of forming and use of reserve of fund of obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case (further - Fund).

2. The reserve of fund is created for the purpose of ensuring its financial stability for acquisition account in Fund.

3. The size of reserve of fund affirms annually its board as the budget of Fund, cannot exceed the one twelfth part of expenses of such budget and to be less than the size determined by the subitem 2 parts one of article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case" (further - the Law).

4. The reserve of fund is used in case of insufficiency of means on its account for ensuring financing of the types of material security determined by part one of article 7 of the Law, compensation, charge on the salary, payments of utilities and energy carriers, commission fee to banks for implementation of payments of material security and compensation.

5. Recovery of reserve of fund is performed for acquisition account in Fund, provided by the Law, on condition of ensuring timely financing of expenses which according to the legislation are performed by fund.
