According to Articles 17, of 22, 25 Laws of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance from labor accident and occupational disease which led to disability" board of Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Approve the Procedure for participation in carrying out and financing by Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine of training and advanced training concerning labor protection which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of board of Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine of November 1, 2001 No. 40 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for ensuring financing by Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine of training and advanced training of the corresponding specialists in questions of labor protection and obligatory national social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases" (with changes).
3. From labor accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine to provide to executive directorate of Social Insurance Fund provision of this resolution on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
