About State commission concerning cooperation with the WTO

For the purpose of preparation of the approved offers on ensuring implementation of single foreign policy of Ukraine in the relations with the World organization of trade, state members of the WTO, ensuring national interests of Ukraine in the external economic relations with state members of the WTO and according to Items 3 and 28 of part one of article 106 of the Constitution of Ukraine I decide:

1. Form State commission concerning cooperation with the WTO (further - the Commission) as advisory advisory body in case of the President of Ukraine.

2. Approve Regulations on State commission concerning cooperation with the WTO it (is applied).

3. Appoint GONCHARUK Andrey Ivanovich - the Adviser to the President of Ukraine - the Head of Head department concerning the international relations of Administration of the President of Ukraine the chairman of State commission concerning cooperation with the WTO.

4. To submit to the chairman of State commission concerning cooperation with the WTO in two weeks proposals concerning staff of the Commission.

5. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
