Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 31, 1998 N 155-FZ "About internal sea waters, the territorial sea and contiguous zone of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, N 31, Art. 3833; 2004, N 35, Art. 3607; 2008, N 49, Art. 5748; 2009, N 52, Art. 6440; 2011, N 30, Art. 4590, 4594; N 48, of Art. 6732; 2012, N 53, Art. 7612) following changes:

Article 16 to add 1) with Item 5.2 of the following content:

"5.2.
