1. Approve the enclosed Rules of approval by Federal Agency for Fishery of construction and reconstruction of capital construction projects, implementations of new engineering procedures and implementation of other activities making impact on water biological resources and the circle of their dwelling.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 28, 2008 N 569 "About approval of Rules of approval of placement of economic and other objects, and also implementations of the new engineering procedures influencing condition of water biological resources and the circle of their dwelling" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, N 31, the Art. 3740).
3. Realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed in the limits set by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation of number and salary fund of employees of central office of Federal Agency for Fishery and its territorial authorities.
