2) implementations of results of scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities, including by commercialization and transfer (borrowing) of perspective agrotechnologies, participation in financing of innovative projects, assistance to development of innovative infrastructure, to development of international cooperation in the field of science, innovations in agro-industrial complex;

3) distribution and knowledge transfers, including by holding nauchnopraktichesky seminars, provision of consulting services;

4) productions and distribution of seeds of the highest reproduction of agricultural plants, breeding products of farm animals.";
