1. These rules of collection of fare on the paid highway (site) (further - Rules) are developed according to article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 17, 2001 "About highways" (further - the Law) and determine procedure for collection of fare by the paid highway (site).
2. In these rules the following basic concepts are used:
1) organizer of paid movement - The national operator on management of highways or the concessionary;
2) the organization of paid journey - process of collection of fare on paid highways (sites) with use of modern payment methods, technical means of determination of dimensions, mass of vehicles;
