Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 21, 2008 N 110 "About determination of the lists of the check points through frontier of the Russian Federation which are specially equipped and intended for import to the territory of the Russian Federation of goods, chemical, biological and radioactive materials, waste and other loads, constituting danger to the person, foodstuff, materials and products" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, N 8, by Art. 760; 2009, N 52, Art. 6587; 2010, N 52, Art. 7080; 2012, N 37, Art. 5002).

In the Rules of determination of lists of the check points through frontier of the Russian Federation which are specially equipped and intended for import to the territory of the Russian Federation of goods, chemical, biological and radioactive materials, waste and other loads, constituting danger to the person, the foodstuff, materials and products approved by the specified resolution:
a) in paragraph one of Item 2 of the word "Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare";
b) Item 3 in paragraph one:
shall be replaced with words the words "Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation" "Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare";
