Article 1

Article 5.59 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences (Russian Federation Code, 2002, N 1, Art. 1; 2011, N 29, Art. 4290; 7061) to state N 49, of the Art. in the following edition:

"Article 5.59. Violation of procedure for consideration of addresses of citizens

Violation of the procedure for consideration of addresses of citizens, associations of citizens, including legal entities established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, officials of state bodies, local government bodies, public and local government offices and other organizations to which implementation of publicly significant functions, except as specified, provided by Articles 5 is assigned. 39, 5.63 of this Code, is attracted by imposing of administrative penalty at the rate from five thousand to ten thousand rubles.".

Bring in the Federal Law of May 2, 2006 N 59-FZ "About procedure for consideration of addresses of citizens of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, N 19, the Art. 2060) the following changes:
