add with Item 2-1 of the following content:
"2-1. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take the measures following from this resolution.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
