About introduction of amendments to article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2013"

1. Bring in article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2013" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, Art. No. 5-6, 60) such changes:

1) in Item 1:

after paragraph two to add with the new paragraph of such content:

"according to obligations of "Ukrainian Bank for Reconstruction and Development" public joint stock company.

With respect thereto third - the seventh to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the fourth - the eighth;

add with the paragraph the ninth such content:

"The state agency of highways of Ukraine is exempted from the obligation to provide property or other ensuring accomplishment of obligations on the state guarantees and to bring payment for provision of the state guarantees";

Item 3 to add 2) with paragraphs second and third such content:

"Conditions of provision of the state guarantees are established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

The main managers of budgetary funds according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine can be exempted from the obligation to provide property or other ensuring accomplishment of obligations on the state guarantees and to bring payment for provision of the state guarantees".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
