About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather voluntary payment of single fee

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In paragraph four of Item 1 of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About collection on compulsory national pension insurance" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1997, No. 37, Art. 237 with subsequent changes) words and figures "article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions" shall be replaced with words also in figures "article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. No. 49-51, of Art. 376; 2006, No. 1, Art. 18; 2011, No. 2-3, of Art. 11; 2012, No. 12-13, of Art. 82; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of October 16, 2012 No. 5462-VI):

1) in Article 12:

a) to add paragraph two of part one with words "according to the signed agreement on voluntary participation in system of obligatory national social insurance (dalshedogovor about voluntary participation) according to the Law of Ukraine "About collection and accounting of single fee on obligatory national social insurance";

b) the second - the eighth to exclude parts;

2) in Article 40:

a) the twelfth parts two to add the paragraph with words and figures "and in case of one-time payment of single fee according to part five of article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "About collection and accounting of single fee on obligatory national social insurance" - in month in which the agreement on voluntary participation is signed";
