About introduction of amendments to the Tipovy agreement of underwriting

According to the paragraph the second Articles 3, part one Items 1 and 5, part two Items 8 and 27 of Article 7, Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", Articles 17, "About securities and the stock market" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED 33 and 34 Laws of Ukraine:

1. Bring in the Tipovy agreement of underwriting approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of September 18, 2012 No. 1240, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 21, 2012 for No. 1949/22261, such changes:

1.1. In Item 1.1 of the Section I:

exclude the words "in the primary security market by proxy on behalf of the Issuer and";

add Item after the words "other financial instruments of the Issuer" with the words "and to perform necessary actions and/or to provide the services connected with such placement".

1.2. In the Section VІ:

1.2.1. Add Item 6.1 after the paragraph of the twelfth with the new paragraph of such content:
