1. Item 2 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 20, 2012 No. 386 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for maintaining the register of commercial agents (commercial representatives) of banks", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 11, 2012 for No. 1720/22032, to state in such edition:
"2. (Sinyavskaya N. B.) and Inspection department, methodologies and licensing of currency transactions (Pasenov N. O.) to determine general department of information technologies and payment systems responsible for forming and maintaining the register of commercial agents (commercial representatives) of banks and updating of codes of the financial services of the National Bank of Ukraine specified in subitem 2.7 of Item 2 of appendix 1 to the Provision".
