1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of May 25, 2007 No. 450/167 "About the Main requirements concerning ensuring safe transportation of passengers during implementation of irregular passenger traffic", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 12, 2007 for No. 614/13881.

2. To provide to the state inspectorate of Ukraine for safety on the land transport submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister of infrastructure of Ukraine Efimenko K. O. and deputy minister of internal affairs of Ukraine Ratushnyak V. I.
