About modification of some regulatory legal acts of State commission on securities and the stock market

According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of the legislation the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:

1. Bring in the Regulations on registration of regulations of institutes of joint investment and maintaining the Unified state register of institutes of joint investment approved by the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of July 06, 2002 No. 197, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 14, 2002 for No. 657/6945, such changes:

1.1. In the subitem "g" of Item 3 of the Section II of the word to exclude "date of issue of the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical litspredprinimatel".

1.2. ІІІ to add Item 2 of the Section with the new subitem of such content:

"g) the original of audit opinion about financial condition of the company on asset management by condition on the first day of the current quarter in which documents are submitted for registration of regulations and entering of mutual investment fund into EGRISI".

1.3. In paragraph one of Item 7 of the Section VII to replace figure and the word "7 calendar" with figures and the word "15 workers".
