About modification of the Regulations on disclosure of information by issuers of securities
According to Item 15 parts two of Article 7, Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", part four of article 40 of the Law of Ukraine "About securities and the stock market" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:
1. Bring in the Regulations on disclosure of information by issuers of securities approved by the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of December 19, 2006 No. 1591, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 05, 2007 for No. 97/13364 (with changes), such changes:
1.1. The thirteenth subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of Chapter 2 of the Section V to state the paragraph in such edition:
"audit opinion or data on audit opinion (shall contain data according to Item 16 appendices 37 to the Provision), which move only in paper form".
1.2. Add appendix 37 to the Provision with new Item 16 of such content: "16. "Data on audit opinion".
