Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of May 22, 2003 N 54-FZ "About use of the control and cash equipment when implementing cash cash calculations and (or) calculations with use of payment cards" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, N 21, Art. 1957; 2009, N 23, Art. 2776; N 29, of Art. 3599; 2010, N 31, Art. 4161; 2011, N 27, Art. 3873; 2012, N 26, Art. 3447) following changes:

The paragraph the ninth Article 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"the ATM - the device for implementation in the automatic mode (without participation of the authorized person of credit institution or the bank payment agent, the bank payment subagent performing activities according to the legislation on national payment system) issues and (or) acceptance of means of cash payment (banknotes) with use of payment cards, cash cash calculations and (or) calculations with use of payment cards, transfers of orders of credit institution about implementation of calculations at the request of clients for their bank accounts and for creation of the documents confirming transfer of the corresponding orders.";

2) in Article 2:

a) to declare paragraph two of Item 1 invalid;

b) add with Item 1.1 of the following content:

"1.1. The credit institution does not use the control and cash equipment, except as specified:

implementation of the cash cash calculations with use of the payment terminal which are not reflected daily in financial accounting according to regulations of the Central bank of the Russian Federation;

implementation of cash cash calculations with use of the payment terminal established outside premises of this credit institution;
