Questions which solution according to the Federal Laws is carried to exclusive competence of governing bodies of the organization, and also questions of representation and protection of the social and labor rights and interests of workers which solution according to this Code and other Federal Laws is carried to competence of labor unions, relevant primary trade-union organizations, other employee representatives cannot belong to powers of industrial council. The employer shall inform industrial council on results of consideration of the offers which arrived from industrial council and on their realization.".
