In the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 165 of December 19, 2012. "About procedure for transfer and accounting of payments in the national public budget by means of treasurer system of the Ministry of Finance in 2013" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, No. 273-279, of St. 1629), with subsequent changes to make the following changes and additions:

- the first offer of Item 5 to state in the following edition:

"5.
