About some changes of the Regulations on management of support of the broadcasting organizations of Fund

In view of dual purpose of Coordination council on television and radio as the guarantor of public concerns and single body regulating area of television and radio and also proceeding from the obligations provided by the law to establish the regulating regulations including relating to modification and amendments in the Regulations on management of support of the broadcasting organizations of Fund approved by the Resolution KSTR No. 125 of 4.12.2007;

considering need of accountability and proper reflection of the income from fee for regulation and timely representation of KSTR in the Ministry of Finance of quarterly and annual statements, and also implementation of check of size of annual turnover of speakers from activities in the field of TV and radio broadcasting;

according to the procedure of implementation of the provisions of Audit Chamber provided by the Resolution No. 16 of 15.03.2013 according to the Report of compliance audit in 2012 fiscal year in Coordination council on television and radio;

according to the Art. 40, 47 (3) the Code of television and radio No. 260-XVI of 27.07.2006 published in No. 131 "Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova" of 18.08.2006, Coordination council on television and the radio DECIDES:

Art. 1. The regulations on management of support of the broadcasting organizations of Fund approved by the Resolution KSTR No. 125 of 4.12.2007 ("Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova", No. 11-12 of January 18, 2008) to change as follows:
