1. Approve the Nation-wide social program of improvement of security status, occupational health and the production circle for 20142018 years which is applied.

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

Program purpose

The purpose of the Program is the complex problem resolution in the field of labor protection, forming of the modern safe and healthy production circle, risk minimization of industrial traumatism, occupational diseases and accidents on production that will promote sustainable economic development and social orientation, preserving and development of labor capacity of Ukraine.

Ways and methods of the problem resolution

Problems in the field of labor protection are provided to be solved in the way:

increases in efficiency of public administration by labor protection, in particular by reduction of regulatory framework in the field of labor protection in compliance with modern requirements and the legislation of the EU;

enhancements of system of the state supervision and public control over observance of requirements of the legislation for labor protection, optimization of activities of structural divisions for labor protection central and local executive bodies, local government bodies;

enhancements of public administration by labor protection through reforming of state bodies of management of labor protection;
