Art. 1. - Approve the Charter of Academy of public management in case of the President of the Republic of Moldova which is component of this decree.
Art. 2. - Declare invalid the Presidential decree of the Republic of Moldova No. 1379-III of July 18, 2003 about approval of the Charter of Academy of public management in case of the President of the Republic of Moldova.

1.1. The academy of public management in case of the President of the Republic of Moldova (further - APU) is the state higher educational institution which performs the activities as the national center for carrying out state policy in the field of public management, to training of public service and scientific methodically providing bodies of the public power.
1.2. APU performs the activities according to the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, the current legislation about education and public service, presidential decrees of the Republic of Moldova, other regulations, international treaties with participation of the Republic of Moldova, and also this charter.
1.3. Founder of APU is the President of the Republic of Moldova.
