To add 3) with Item 5 of the following content:
"5. Processing, including inclusion in structure of the personal record of the public prosecutor's worker, the personal data of the public prosecutor's worker referred in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data to special categories of the personal data, except as specified, provided by this Federal Law and other Federal Laws is forbidden.".
