About establishment of the differentiated collection in Fund of guaranteeing household deposits

According to Item of 1 part two of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", for the purpose of realization of part one of article 22 of the mentioned Law the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED:

1. Establish the differentiated collection in Fund of guaranteeing household deposits.

2. Calculation, charge and payment of regular collection in the form of the differentiated collection in Fund of guaranteeing household deposits by members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits are performed, since ІІ quarter 2013.

3. To department of strategy and normative and methodological providing together with legal department after approval of this decision by administrative board of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits to provide its submission to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

4. To department of strategy and normative and methodological providing after state registration of this decision in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring its content to members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits for management and use in work.

5. To department of public relations and the international organizations to provide placement of this decision on the official page of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on the Internet after it to state registration.

6. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
