About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 27, 2009 No. 99

1.1. in Item 1:

in the paragraph the twelfth "household waste and to their neutralization" shall be replaced with words words "utility waste, to their neutralization and conversion";
add Item with the paragraph the thirteenth the following content:
"the standard agreement on rendering services in running repair of the apartment house.";
1.2. the fourth item 4 and part third of Item 5 of the Regulations on procedure for conducting independent check (examination) for quality of housing and communal services (the fact of the non-rendering of housing and communal services) approved by this resolution to exclude part;
1.3. in Regulations on the procedure for delimitation of the territory serviced by contractors approved by this resolution:
in Item 1:
"apartment" to exclude the word from part one;
in part four of the word "and neutralization of firm household" shall be replaced with words ", neutralization and conversion firm utility";
to add Item 2 after the word "contractor" with the words "within 15 days from the date of the conclusion at least with one consumer of the service provision agreement on maintenance of the apartment house";
