About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 18, 2006 No. 240

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 18, 2006 No. 240 "About payment for use of radio-frequency range" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 69, 1/7474; 2009, No. 119, 1/10688; No. 214, 1/10953; 2010, No. 274, 1/12083) following changes and amendments:

1.1. Item 1 in paragraph three:

shall be replaced with words the words "for the radio-electronic means used for rendering services of telecommunication public" "for the radio-electronic means used for rendering services of telecommunication public *";

add the paragraph with the interlinear note of the following content:

1.2. in Item 2:

to exclude parts one of subitem 2.21 of the word "and (or) amendments" from the paragraph of third;
