1. Paragraph two of Item 9 of the Instruction on procedure for provision (placement) of money by banks in the form of the credit and their return approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2003 No. 226 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 19, 8/10459; 2007, No. 27, 8/15741) to state in the following edition:
"according to legal acts for implementation of pre-judicial improvement, implementation of plans of completion of pre-judicial improvement in the protective period and plans of sanitation of debtors according to the procedure established by this Instruction;".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
