Before adoption of law of the Republic of Armenia "About the public biddings" the pledged property in cases, stipulated in Item 1 article 249 of the Code, is implemented according to the procedure established by articles 78-83 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About forced execution of court resolutions", person provided by the agreement or at the request of the pledger or the pawnbroker - other person".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the moment of its official publication.
