About approval of Rules of determination of the sizes, borders and uses of the water protection zones, their bank protection strips

1. Approve "Rules of determination of the sizes, borders and use of the water protection zones, their bank protection strips" (are applied).
2. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Azerbaijani SSR "About approval of the Regulations on the water preserving strips (zones) of the small rivers of the Azerbaijani SSR" of January 17, 1983 No. 22.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
