About modification of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and the Common customs tariff of the Customs union concerning procurements for contact lenses and the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of March 5, 2013 No. 28

Approve the draft decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission "About modification of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and the Common customs tariff of the Customs union concerning procurements for contact lenses" it (is applied) and to bring it for consideration at the regular meeting of Council of the Eurasian economic commission.

In Items 1, the 3 and 7 list of products (products) concerning which submission of the customs declaration is followed by submission of the document on assessment (confirmation) of compliance to requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of products intended for children and teenagers" (TR CU 007/2011) approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of March 5, 2013 No. 28, of the word "from 3926 90 970 7" shall be replaced with words "from 3926 90 970 9".

3. This Decision becomes effective from the effective date decisions of the Council of the Eurasian economic commission specified in Item 1 of this Decision.
