About application of anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of anti-dumping duty concerning the light commercial vehicles coming from the Federal Republic of Germany, the Republic of Italy and the Republic of Turkey and imported on single customs area of the Customs union
According to Item 1 of article 17 of the Agreement on application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to the third countries of January 25, 2008, based on the report of Department of protection of the domestic market and after consultations with the Advisory committee on trade the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. Apply anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of anti-dumping duty in sizes according to appendix to the light commercial vehicles imported on single customs area of the Customs union representing motor vehicles with complete weight from ton 2,8 to 3, of ton inclusive with the diesel engine with working amount of cylinders no more than 3000 cubic centimeters, with body type modification "van" "the cargo all-metal van" (it is intended for transportation of goods to 2 tons inclusive) or modification "the kombigruzopassazhirsky van" (is intended for combined transport of loads and people) coming from the Federal Republic of Germany, the Republic of Italy and the Republic of Turkey classified by codes 8704 21 310 0 and 8704 21 910 0 FEACN CU, having established effective period of this anti-dumping measure of 5 years.
For the purposes of application of the specified anti-dumping measure the goods are determined both by the FEACN CU codes, and description of goods.
2. To provide to the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus, the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and FCS of Russia collection of the anti-dumping duty provided by this Decision.
3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
