3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas annually, since 2013 to provide necessary financial resources in the expense budget for taking measures to development of technical means of regulation of traffic and their content.

4. To the ministry of transport of the Republic of Tajikistan, executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas to take necessary measures for creation and development of technical means of regulation of traffic on highways of the international, republican, local and departmental values.

5. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan to strengthen control over construction and servicing of technical means of regulation of traffic and their functioning which ensure traffic safety.

6. Declare invalid the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of October 21, 1997 No. 451 "About measures for recovery and development of technical means of regulation of traffic and ensuring their safety".
