About modification of the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of March 07, 2012 No. 310

1. Make change to the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of March 07, 2012 No. 310 "About approval of the Procedure for conducting checks at subjects of managing of the sphere of trade and services, including restaurant economy, product quality, observance of mandatory requirements on safety of products, and also observance of rules of trade and provision of services", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 11, 2012 for No. 743/21056, having added with its Item 2 following of content:

"2. Recommend to be guided executive body of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea in the field of consumer protection by provisions of this Procedure when implementing checks at subjects of managing of the sphere of trade and services, including restaurant economy, product quality, observance of mandatory requirements on safety of products, and also observance of rules of trade and provision of services.".

With respect thereto Items 2 - 5 to consider respectively Items 3 - 6.

2. Development department of trade to submit this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the acting as the Chairman of the State inspection of Ukraine concerning consumer protection Sokolova A. P.
