About entering of amendment into the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Bring in the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 7, the Art. 229) the following amendment:
Add Article 67 with part of 4-1 following content:
"(4-1) If concerning person who is immune criminal case is brought and it is suspended in connection with immunity availability, then in this case prescriptive limit stops.".
This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
