About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "Regulations of National Assembly"

Article 1. In article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "Regulations of National Assembly" of February 20, 2002, ZR-308 (further - the Law):

Article 2. In article 25 of the Law:

Part 6.1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"6.1. If total number of members of fraction, deputy group is less than total number of the permanent commissions, then the fraction or deputy group has the right to represent the member for inclusion in structure more than one commission. In this case the fraction, deputy group can have in each permanent commission no more than one deputy, and the same deputy can be member no more than three permanent commissions.";

2) Article after part 6.1 to add with part 6.2 following of content:

"6.2. The deputy who is not included in structure of fraction and deputy group can be included in structure no more than three permanent commissions.".

Article 3. Regarding 1 article 27 of the Law of the word "on Fridays at 11:00 o'clock" shall be replaced with words "according to the schedule established by the resolution of National Assembly".

Article 4. To recognize part 5.1 of article 29 of the Law invalid.
