According to Item 14 of Article 7 and article 44 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 5, of 11, 13 Decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 19, 1993 No. 15-93 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control", and also for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine which regulate procedure for issue of individual licenses on implementation of currency transactions the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for issue of individual licenses on implementation of investments abroad approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 16, 1999 No. 122, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 26, 1999 for No. 259/3552 (with changes), such changes:

1.1. To exclude Items 3.4 and 3.5 of Chapter 3.

With respect thereto to consider Items 3.6-3.12 respectively Items 3.4-3.10.

1.2. To exclude the paragraph of the seventh of Item 4.1 of Chapter 4.
