About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 20, 2010 No. 1151 and of April 17, 2013 No. 273

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring such changes in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

1) the structure of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 20, 2010 No. 1151 "Some questions of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 3, Art. 175; 2012, No. 24, Art. 908, No. 55, Art. 2210, No. 100, Art. 4055; 2013, No. 2, the Art. 46), after line item "Service of the Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" to add with such line item:

"The government representative for the rights of disabled people";

2) ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 05.03.2014 No. 64.

2. To the Ministry of Finance in case of introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2013" to provide increase in maintenance costs of employees of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in connection with adoption of this resolution.
