About modification of Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Make to Section 4 of Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 54, Art. 2108; 2011, No. 88, Art. 3199), such changes:

in Chapter 2:

to add Item 1 of the paragraph 32 after words of "the city state administrations" with the words "with observance of requirements of these Regulations";

to add Item 5 of paragraph 33 with the paragraph of such content:

"The draft of the act of the Cabinet of Ministers concerning prevention of emergence of emergency situations and liquidation of their effects is approved in one-day time by the interested bodies, and also the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economic Development. In exceptional cases the draft of the act of the Cabinet of Ministers on the specified questions is submitted for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers without approval.";

to add Item 3 of paragraph 37 of Chapter 3 with the paragraph of such content:

"Notes to the draft of the act of the Cabinet of Ministers move to developer the interested body only for those questions which belong to its competence and cannot concern competence of other central executive bodies.";

in paragraph one of Item 1 of paragraph 49 of Chapter 5 of the word "Draft of the Act of the Cabinet of Ministers" shall be replaced with words "The draft of the act of the Cabinet of Ministers prepared with observance of requirements of these Regulations".
