1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for carrying out identification of goods and dual-use technologies which can be applied during creation of arms and military equipment if such goods and technologies are intended for the cryptographic information security which is not containing the data carried to the state secrets.
2. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy chief of Operational analytical center in case of the President of the Republic Belarusnachalnika of management of information security.
3. This order becomes effective since June 7, 2013.
