Form the Coordination center for questions of accomplishment of the Interstate program of innovative state cooperation - members of the Commonwealth of Independent States for the period till 2020, accepted on October 18, 2011 at meeting of Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States St. Petersburg), in structure according to appendix.
2. Approve Regulations on the Coordination center for questions of accomplishment of the Interstate program of innovative state cooperation - members of the Commonwealth of Independent States for the period till 2020 which is applied.
