About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Coordinating committee on goal achievement of development of the millennium in the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 1, 2009 No. 204

For the purpose of reduction of decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with the resolution of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic "About structure of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 5, 2012 the No. 2265-V Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Coordinating committee on goal achievement of development of the millennium in the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 1, 2009 No. 204 the following changes:

- in item 4 of the word "Ministry of Economic Regulation" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Economics";

- state Item 6 in the following edition:

"6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of education, culture and sport, department of social development and department of economy and investments of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.";

- in Regulations on the Coordinating committee on goal achievement of development of the millennium in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-named resolution:

in paragraph one of Item 13 of the word "The ministry of economic regulation" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Economics";

- to state appendix to the above-named resolution in edition according to appendix to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
