Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public service" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2004, No. 12, the Art. 529) the following change:
to state part 3 of Article 34 in the following edition:
"The procedure for test of reliability and completeness of the data specified in the declaration, and also declaration form, procedure for its filling, representation, accounting and storage are determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
