Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About declaring and the publication of data on the income, obligations and property of persons replacing political and other special state positions, and also their close relatives" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2004, No. 11, the Art. 514) the following changes:
1. To state paragraph two of Item 3 of Article 5 in the following edition:
"The procedure for test of reliability and completeness of the data specified in the declaration, and also declaration form, procedure for its filling, representation, accounting and storage are determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
2. To state the subitem "zh" of Item 1 of Article 6 in the following edition:
"g) submits annually till September 1 the report on the activities to the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic and the relevant information - to the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
