About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of April 26, 2011 No. 151
Based on part 2 of Article 3.29 and Item 27 of part 1 of article 3.30 of the Procedural and executive code of the Republic of Belarus on administrative offenses and part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in Item 1 of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of April 26, 2011 No. 151 "About investment of officials of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus with powers on creation of protocols on administrative offenses, preparation for consideration and hearing of cases about administrative offenses" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 53, 8/23609) the following changes:
"to the city of Minsk and the Minsk region and" to exclude from paragraphs of the eighth or tenth word;
the eleventh to exclude the paragraph.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
