About entering of amendments and changes into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 17, 2012 No. 156

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the single list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, No. 156 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 17, 2012 "About approval of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, entering of amendment into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2009 No. 193 and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 35, 5/35330; No. 72, 5/35894; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 22.09. 2012, 5/36255; 16:01. 2013, 5/36755; 16:04. 2013, 5/37100), following amendments and changes:

1.1. add Chapter 1 with Item 1.24 of the following content:

"1.24. Issue of the conclusion (for confirmation of the basis of application of rate of the value added tax in the amount of zero (0) percent in case of realization of bunker fuel)

the copy of the contract with foreign airline which is providing and (or) including realization of bunker fuel – when implementing regular flights

the copy of the request of foreign airline and (or) the agreement (agreement) with foreign airline – when implementing irregular flights

copy of the requirement (payment order) of gas station of the foreign aircraft

the copy of accounts acts (Invoice), the foreign aircraft confirming filling with bunker fuel

1.2. in the column "The Body Authorized on Implementation of Ministerial Procedure" of Item 3.29 of the word "the engineering unitary republican enterprise "Belstroytsentr" shall be replaced with words "the engineering republican unitary enterprise "BELSTROYTSENTR";

1.3. in paragraph six of the column "The List of the Documents and (or) Data Represented by Interested Persons to Authorized Body for Implementation of Ministerial Procedure" of Item 3.30 of the word of "such decision" shall be replaced with words "the property rights to unauthorized construction";

1.4. add the list with Item 12.8-1 of the following content:

"12.8.1 Approval of alienation or transfer otherwise property rights to historical and cultural value

regional executive committees (Minsk Gorispolkom)

copies of the documents confirming the property right to immovable material historical and cultural value

1.5. from the column "The Body Authorized on Implementation of Ministerial Procedure" of Item 18.1 of the word"," to exclude the Department of Internal Affairs on transport of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (further - UVDT);

1.6. in the column "The Body Authorized on Implementation of Ministerial Procedure" of Items 18. 3, 18.4, 18.13 and 18.14 words "UVDT and Departments Subordinated to It" shall be replaced with words "Departments of Internal Affairs on transport".

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
