In pursuance of the third paragraph of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About some measures connected with the settlement of part of the displaced persons who by force left places of permanent residence in Agdamsky and Fizulinsky districts owing to occupation of the Azerbaijani lands by the Armenian armed forces and who are temporarily settled in camps in the territory of these areas" of September 7, 2001 No. 577 and Item 5 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About some measures connected with improvement of social provision of the displaced persons who lodged in five camps in the territory of Bilyasuvarsky district" of May 13, 2002 the No. 700 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. Establish the amount of the one-time free financial aid allocated for occupation by agricultural industry to families of displaced persons for which the parcels of land in the new settlements created in the territory of Bilyasuvarsky, Agdamsky and Fizulinsky districts in 1 (one) one million manats on each family are allocated.
2. Approve "The procedure for allocation of one-time free financial aid for occupation to families of displaced persons for which the parcels of land in the new settlements created in the territory of Bilyasuvarsky, Agdamsky and Fizulinsky districts" are allocated (is applied) by agricultural industry.
3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Azerbaijan Republic, the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic for refugees and displaced persons and to the state oil fund of the Azerbaijan Republic to resolve the issues following from this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
