About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of the state secrets of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of the state secrets of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1994, No. 5, the Art. 153) the following changes:

1. To state part 4 of Article 1 in the following edition:

3. To state part 1 of Article 8 in the following edition:

"Reference of information to the state secrets is performed according to Regulations on procedure for determination and establishment of degree of privacy of the data containing in works, documents and products based on the List of the major data constituting the state secrets and the List of the data which are subject to classification, approved by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".

4. To state part 5 of Article 10 in the following edition:

"Without approval of the authorized state body knowing national security issues and without registration of non-disclosure obligations are allowed to the state secrets:

- President of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- Toraga of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, his deputies;
